Orders & Payments

• Securing P-Phone pre-order requires a 50% upfront deposit at checkout to lock your reservation and place your device in our production queue.
• The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to your original payment method when your device is prepared for shipment.
• All transactions are processed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the final balance payment cannot be successfully authorized prior to shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Times

• Free nationwide shipping is included for all orders strictly within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• As this is a pre-order hardware launch, all listed delivery and shipping timelines are estimates. We will notify you proactively via email regarding any manufacturing updates, supply chain shifts, or adjustments to your expected delivery window.

Guarantee & Tech Support

• The P-Phone is built by Phoneado as a purpose-driven backup device and does not come with a standard 24-month extended manufacturer warranty.
• We do not provide 24/7 live technical support. Customer assistance is provided via comprehensive digital setup guides and direct email troubleshooting with our team.

Returns & Order Withdrawal

• Pre-Order Cancellation: You may withdraw your pre-order and receive a full refund of your 50% deposit at any time before your order enters the final shipping phase.
• Defective Returns: Once delivered, returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt for devices that arrive with out-of-the-box hardware defects. Returned items must include all original packaging and accessories.

Data Storage & Protection

• Your personal information and payment credentials are encrypted and processed securely via our e-commerce platform. We do not store your raw credit card data on our local servers.
